Choose from:

Calming Jars - these glittery jars resemble homemade snow globes, and offer the children a symbolic meditative tool to help them calm down when they are angry, worried, stressed, or upset.

Mandala Coloring - for centuries, mandalas have been used in many cultures to facilitate meditation. As the children take time to color these intricate circular shapes, we will discuss basic meditative principles.

Gratitude Journals - each child will have the opportunity to decorate his or her own yoga journal, where we will create categories to log daily entries of gratitude, fitness, and lessons learned throughout the day

Our teacher Jenn was so genuinely excited to come to our house and lead 19 kids in a Harry Potter themed yoga class; her happy energy and enthusiasm was palpable, and the kids immediately surrounded her and hung on her every word. They were bouncing and jumping, using their bodies and voices and imaginations, and generally having a blast. They also were completely captivated; all of the adults present were amazed at how she held their attention, and so many kids and adults told me is was the best birthday party ever! A lot of very happy magical yogis at our house that day!
