Drop off your kid for a morning yoga camp at Ensworth and join Ashley Ray for a week of vinyasa yoga classes. Ashley is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher and has been teaching yoga to adults and kids since 2014. She is known for her positive, upbeat energy; her creative sequences; and her focus on safe alignment in postures.
Open to all levels, these classes are perfect for new beginners or seasoned yogis looking to go deeper in their practice. Each class will feature a different theme to increase your strength, flexibility, balance, energy, and range of motion. Along with a healthy body, you can gain a calm your mind, ease your stress and anxiety, and improve your sleep quality.
